Do you offer free quotes?
Yes - every quote and site visit is completely free with no obligation. We'll measure up, discuss your options and email or message a clear price.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover South East London and the whole of Kent - including Sidcup, Blackfen, Bexley, Dartford, Eltham, Welling and surrounding towns. If you're unsure, just ask.
Do you supply the flooring or do I?
We can do either. Most clients prefer the convenience of us supplying everything - we work with trusted suppliers and pass on trade pricing. We're also happy to fit flooring you've bought yourself.
How long does a typical install take?
Most domestic carpet jobs are completed in a single day. LVT and laminate rooms typically take 1-2 days depending on size and subfloor prep needed. Whole houses or commercial fits are scheduled in advance.
Do you move furniture?
Yes - we can help move standard furniture as part of the install. For very heavy items or full house clears, just let us know in advance so we can plan.
What about old flooring - do you remove it?
Yes. We uplift, dispose of and recycle old carpet, laminate and vinyl as part of the job. You don't need to lift a finger.
Do you offer commercial flooring?
Absolutely. We handle offices, retail units, rental properties and landlord turnarounds - with flexible timing to minimise disruption.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for all domestic and commercial work, giving you complete peace of mind.
How much does flooring cost to supply and fit?
Our published starting prices for supply and fit are carpet from £18/m², laminate from £22/m², sheet vinyl from £20/m² and LVT from £45/m². Subfloor preparation starts from £12/m² where it is needed. Your exact price depends on the product you choose, the size and shape of the room and the condition of the floor underneath.
Do you prepare the subfloor?
Yes. A good finish depends on a flat, sound base, so we check every subfloor at the site visit. Where needed we level with screed or overlay with plywood before fitting, and we include this in your quote so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We fit hard-wearing carpet, LVT and sheet vinyl in rental properties and can work around tenancy changeovers. If you manage more than one property, ask about portfolio rates.
Can you bring samples to my home?
Yes. We bring samples to your home at the free site visit so you can see colours and textures in your own light, next to your own furniture, before you decide.
