Commercial flooring fitted around your working hours

Carpet tiles, LVT, vinyl and subfloor preparation for offices, shops, salons and rental portfolios across South East London and Kent.

How we work with businesses

A floor that does not close your doors

We supply and fit flooring for commercial clients as well as homeowners, from a single consulting room to an open plan office. The biggest worry most businesses have is downtime, so we plan the work around you. We regularly fit in the evenings and at weekends, and on bigger floors we work in phases so part of the space stays usable at every stage.

Out of hours fitting

Evenings and weekends, so your business keeps trading while the floor goes down.

Phased installs

Larger floors fitted zone by zone, with desks and stock moved across rather than cleared out.

Offices, shops and salons

Office, retail and rental fit-outs with minimal disruption and a fast turnaround.

Preparation included

Subfloor levelling and adhesive removal stated in writing, not left off the quote.

What we fit for commercial clients

Commercial carpet tiles

Carpet from £18/m²

The usual choice for offices, studios and surgeries. Tiles go down in sections, a damaged tile can be swapped from spare stock, and a use class of 32 or above suits a general office, with 33 for receptions and corridors.

Commercial-grade LVT

LVT from £45/m²

For shop floors, salons, kitchens and entrances that need to be wiped clean. We fit glue-down LVT with a commercial wear layer so the surface stands up to constant footfall and a damaged plank can be replaced individually.

Sheet vinyl

Vinyl from £20/m²

For staff kitchens, toilets and wet areas where joints are a liability. A single sheet with welded seams and a coved edge gives a continuous washable surface.

Subfloor preparation

Preparation from £12/m²

Old adhesive removal, smoothing and levelling compounds, and moisture checks on concrete before anything impermeable is laid. It is the part of a commercial fit most often missing from a cheap quote.

Starting prices are supplied and fitted, from our published pricing. Commercial quotes depend on the product, preparation and fitting hours.

How a commercial quote is put together

A fair commercial quote covers four things: the floor covering, the preparation, the adhesive or tackifier, and the labour, including whether the fit happens inside or outside normal hours. We name the product and its use class, the square metre figure, the preparation we have allowed for, the laying pattern and the threshold details, and on refurbishments we confirm who lifts and disposes of the old floor.

Before fitting day we agree the sequence in writing: which areas go first, where furniture and stock move to, and what needs powering down. That one conversation removes most of the friction from a commercial job.
