First contact
Call, WhatsApp or use the quote form. We aim to get back inside the same working day with rough pricing and a site-visit slot.
Tell us roughly which rooms, what surface they have now and the timing you're hoping for. That's enough to ballpark price and slot you in.

Free site visit
We come to the property, measure every room, check the subfloor and talk through material options on the day.
Site visits are usually 30–45 minutes. We bring sample boards and carpet swatches so you can see materials in your own light.

Written quote
A clear, itemised quote by email — material, fitting, prep work, uplift, disposal and door bars all priced separately.
No verbal-only quotes, no hidden add-ons. If anything changes once we lift the old floor (rare), we discuss it before doing the work.

Material selection
We help you choose the right range for the room, traffic and budget. Where useful, we drop off larger samples to live with for a few days.
You're not pushed into the most expensive option. We're honest about where it's worth spending and where mid-range will do the job for years.

Booking & ordering
Materials ordered direct from the manufacturer once the quote is signed off. Most stock items arrive within 5–10 working days.
We confirm a fit date as soon as the materials are in. You'll get a reminder the day before.

Fit day
We arrive on time, lay dust sheets, lift the old flooring and prep the subfloor before any new material goes down.
Standard furniture is moved by us; we'll flag anything heavy in advance. Most single rooms are finished in 2–4 hours.

Finish & walk-round
Door bars, beading and scotia fitted. Off-cuts and rubbish bagged and taken away in the van. Walk-round to sign the job off.
If there's anything you're not happy with on the day, we sort it before we leave. That's the bit that earns the referrals.

After-care
We're a call away if you need advice on cleaning, repairs or future rooms — including 5+ years after the fit.
Most ranges come with a 10–25 year manufacturer wear warranty. We keep a record of what was fitted so we can match it later.
